6 hours later…chocolate croissant pudding, 32 sausage rolls, a good 20-ish pumpkin n cheese arrancini balls, and banana fritters. My strawberries and raisin are still being soaked in brandy and my mascarpone is ready in the fridge. I started making some crepes but my legs started shaking lol maybe tomorrow morning. All ready for cake club @ work tomorrow!
Why did I want to make everything from scratch? it doesn’t even look like much here but the preparation of my ingredients themselves took ages…thank you Florence and the machine and Edith Piaf, thank you for your company during these hours.
